To get the boat, you have to bring "panacea" back to port town. The panacea can be found in the cave behind lost woods.

The panacea can be found in the cave behind lost woods. i know were the lost woods are, but i don't know how or were to go to get what i need, and what about the truthstone

Search the keyword "lost woods", you will find the way to the cave. You cannot get the truthstone before you have a boat.
