Just used bomb and got cell key, now I'm completely lost.. any help?( missing white gem)

I think cell key is on top middle island in the tower on the far east. Use truth stone the top werethe stairs loop.
PS white gem is on 1x1 island north of porttown. Hard to see on map its a dot.(just like in the first game)
