Ok so since in game you can only have one high ranking job, how do you get 2 ninjas or 2 sages? is it later in the game that this happens? Do you get the chance to have more then one high ranking job in the game? When and how do you do this?

Where do I get the secret letter? I have the companion letter, but that was for the pickax. Now I am needing the plastic for my second bomb. I visited the guy in jail, but I don't have a letter to give him.
