I am stuck and can't find the "secret letter," either. I am grinding and leveling up and going to every town, every dungeon, every shrine ... but no secret letter to give to the jailed guy.

How do i get the boat upgrade? I talked to a guy that told me about the retired boat builder but when i talk to him he keeps saying he is retired.

I read the 179 post and i did that but the old man doesn't upgrade my boat. He just keeps saying he is retired and enjoys his bath.

I remember a few triggers for the boat upgrade dude: you have to go up the river and be turned back, and there are one (maybe two?) people who say there's a guy who can upgrade boats. I suspect you have to hit all those before he upgrades the boat.

Me, I got the cell key and I need to get another bomb. I talked to the bomb maker, and I need the secret letter that I give to the guy in the jail. And I'm stumped. Anyone know where to get the secret letter for the guy in the jail?

Can someone help me, I'm stuck in the part where the guy in Romario shrine behind the gold door talks about Ration castle. I don't understand him.

GAILARDIA 3 UPDATE: Playtesting is taking longer than expected and likely won't be wrapped up until after the holidays, so now we're planning to release the game early next year. However, we have been able to release Gachinko Wars, a turn-based military strategy game that will appeal to all of you who enjoy turn-based combat like in the Gailardia series.
