gupus: you have to defeat Incubus (the boss in the Final Cave) before you can use the Truth Stone in the Lost Woods and get to the Bonus cave.
Once you've done so and spoken to the King, you'll now find a slew of Silver Bells to use to level up to face Quezalcoatl. Now go to the Hidden Woods, use the Truth Stone, and walk into the Black Square/hole. That will bring you to the same room, except with a staircase which you can take to the Bonus Cave.

How do I get through the passage of the northern most island
surrounded by rocks? Is that where Morose town is located?

The entrance is the brownish double-portal at the west-southwest corner of the island. The Gold Key is needed to get through the portal.

I have the gold key. When I enter from my boat I am in a long hallway that has three stairwells in it, The one I come in, one in the middle and one at the other end. It seems like a puzzle and no matter what I do I can not advance past it.

I forgot to mention that part.
When you enter, you have to use the Truth Stone to change the way the stairs look.
After that, you should be able to go through. Be sure that you check out the basement for a treasure chest.
The location of the Truth Stone is covered in post 427.

Thanks for your response. I have the fuse and plastic but can't find the other dragon for the third part of the bomb. Where is it and is there any trick to access it? I thought I needed bomb to access truth stone...
