Here is a complete GEM guide for Gailardia :D

Red Gem - In Colma North East Cave
Green Gem - Port Town southern solitary island. (Will need to enter river to the right of Port Town)
Blue Gem - The solitary island right in the center of the map.
Black Gem- Northern Albama, in the tower.
White Gem - Vacant Jail cell in HOWARD Castle. (Will need Jail Key)

I think you should check the empty cell again and make sure you check every single square block, because the White Gem is definitely there. Or maybe retrace your steps at the other location?

Howard castle?? I have not seen that place yet...I guess a lot more searching is needed....kinda embarrassing since I have made it to demon isle already...

Blue is the last demon before the island, it can be found on the lage north eastern island on the map thats closest to the town magarid. Go prepated, make sure to have decent equips and a decent level, i was able to breeze through him at level 30 . Just use safe planning when attacking. Buffs and barriers are your friend. Especially curtain , high tensiin on guile, and magic barrier

Silver bells are pretty rare unless you're on your way to the hidden dungeon.

Forum, forgive me for being such an ass. Finally I found Howard Castle. Makes me feel like a noon because it was in plain sight. Thank you all for your help and I apologize again if I had made any of you sound like liars. Now I finally possess that annoying gem. Thanks again all, now to grind and treasure hunt.
