There are some Silver Bells at the aluminium cave, second floor I think.

At the top of the tower, stare at the front of the chest, then walk all the way to the right until you hit the wall in the middle of the room. From there go all the way down and through the darkness area (where it looks like a dead end) and you'll find yourself in the secret room.

i beat the last boss and was sort of dissapointed that there wasn't a special ending or anything. it took me 20 turns....since i had both rick and alice boosting up stats and healing, only guile was my attacker.
Guile...lvl 99 hp645 mp119
Rick....lvl 99 hp625 mp204
Alice...lvl 99 hp571 mp532

Here's a little leveling tip for before you have access to the "true" final cave:
Go to the aluminum ore cave & cast Amor All (Alice learns around lv. 36). Encounters will be few, but they will only be with Silver Bells. It is a bit slow, but an easy way to find the things before facing the Big Bad.

Dreamz, it is possible to defeat him at that level with high price weapons, however it is recommended to not take him on till the mid twenties in level because they all attack twice a turn. The minions I mean.

I have looked in the black dragon cave for the hero armor with no luck I found the sword and a great defence ring evan a world leaf is the armor really in there?
