Thanks a bunch for the response. I went into the game and ran thru the cave I was just in and....I realized that that was the east cave I beat (the cave on the right side. It was the white minion, and hero sword was there. lol. sorry about the mistake I made, I got mixed up on my direction too :)

Ok first of all love the game thank you reminds of dragon warrior 5
and final fantasy I have all gems just beat the blue Dragon with all lvl 32's
Now I'm stuck old man on the very top left island
Doesn't wanna give me what ever special item for deafening all the underlings what am I missing what am.I doing wrong please help I am now stuck..

Just making sure , you fought all 3 demons right ?? Red blue and green ? If so then i have no clue

I rechecked caves and yea I missed the green one at cave now I'm on day 4 and I am hooked I don't know what ima do when I am done

To all who have reached the Demon King, what's your item completion ratio? I have 96.7%. I'm just wondering if I have the same ratio as everyone else...if I missed out on something somewhere before the defeat of Demon King. Thanks in advance.
