Does anyone know where to get the hero shield?

Hero shield is on the island in the bottom left hand corner in a tower look around you'll find it. Where's the hero armor?

Its not a small island its the big one you just gotta actually look around not just warp to the town

The hero shield is in a tower north of the cave where the golden key is. Does anyone know where the hero ring is?
