Is there any tips on leveling up because even though my guys are levels 16, 15, and 14 they die pretty easily. to be more precise i need help on leveling Alice up.

the blue gem is on an island somewhere.I found a web page where it shows you where everything is. type in Gailardia map and walkthrough in the google search bar and choose the first link

I beat the game. I maxed out all characters. There is no special last spell. However it only took me 14 turns to beat the bonus boss

Dark, here is a little info about Red Demon.
First, it lies in the cave north of Romario. Just keep goiblng NW. He has 400 HP and usually does 30~ damage per hit to 20s. Try beating him after all players have best Alabama armor and weapon. Go there when around 23~or so because Alice start bapping Bilzzards. Try not to make anybody die, because if Alice craches and the rest.of the party is around 18, the party is almost CERTAINLY doomed. Hope this helps.
