I long ago beat the green devil, got the world map, and opened every thing I can get to with the gold key but can't get past guy in locked room in St Louis castle to 2 chests, and the bridge north of Elise town is still broken and guard doesn't give me the cell key what do I haveo to do first?

I'm stuck at the Aluminum cave. The guard won't let me pass. I've spoken to both "sages" available to me at this point, the man outside the boat construction room in Port Town, the King in Hamilton and his guard(s), and I talked to the King *after* I talked to the guard outside the Aluminum cave. What am I missing?

To clarify -- the King still seems to think we're "new faces in town" -- how do I get that to change? Do I have to physically walk between the two, instead of using Teleport?
Is there someone I still need to talk to?

I figured it out -- I had to talk to the first Sage, THEN the second sage, then try the usual sequence. I would have thought you didn't have to go in order like that, but I would have been wrong :)

I've been stuck for weeks, have only found 1 demon and still can't find that stupid cell key or silver key whatever its called please sumone tell me where its at id like to complete this game sumtime

Ok, so I'm stuck...I cant get passed the broken bridge and I cant get my boat. I gave the ore and the guard keeps telling me to come back later.
