If anyone is having trouble with the colored balls the reason probably is that you have NOT checked the CHILD'S BOOK or the MESSAGE ON THE WALL! Try these things before you have put in the colored balls and it should work! Otherwise make sure you are putting the balls in the correct colour sequence- remember green, blue, red!!
